  All reservations, amendments or cancellations must be made in writing with details of tours and clients information. Confirmation of   room is subject to availability.
  Guarantee booking will be made before confirmation all of reservations to build up the confidential after available checked.                                                             Online Booking

Cancellation Policies
  Cancellation charges are levied by our principal or contractors, it will be passed on to you through us. We reserve the right to charge an administrative fee or cancellation fee for which extensive communication costs have been incurred.
  Group Cancellation:
    Above 30 days prior to arrival date : no charge.
     Between 14-30 days prior to arrival date: charge at 50%.
   Less than 14 days prior to arrival date or no show guest: charge at 100%.
   FIT Cancellation:
     Above 14 days prior to arrival date: no charge.
     Between 7-14 days prior to arrival date: charge 50%
     less than 7 days or prior to arrival date or no show: charge 100%.

Rates
   All rates in this tariff are quoted in US$/non-commissionable inclusive of Service charged and Government Tax unless otherwise stated.
   Rates are correct at time of printing and are subject to change without prior notice.

F.O.C. Policies 
Every 16 paying guest traveling get one F.O.C. of half twin for Tour Leader.
